Famewall doesn't endorse or support the business of our customer in any ways. It only acts as a channel to display their testimonials. Famewall cannot be held responsible in any way for the incidents of its partner businesses

We reserve the right to not service customers especially if their business is prohibited in our country of operation. Clarification would be asked via email before reserving the right to stop the service.

You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the website, any part of the website, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Astramind Technologies Private Limited.

Famewall stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone/ computing device and access to the website secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Astramind Technologies Pvt Ltd will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but Astramind Technologies Pvt Ltd cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, Mobile Data or don’t have any of your data allowance left.

If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the website, or other third party charges. In using the website, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the website, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

With respect to Famewall's responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the website, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, Famewall accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the website/services.

We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it and provide an intimation to the email registered.

By signing on the platform and creating an account or using the platform you automatically confirm that you are in the age of majority and competent / of entering into a contract in your country. By registering you agree that all information, content and material, trademarks, trade-names, service marks and trade secrets including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, video, script and audio are proprietary property of the company, Astramind Technologies Private Limited.

You must also be aware that you are entirely responsible for your behavior and maintaining high ethics while interacting with people and Astramind Technologies Pvt Ltd is not accountable in such cases. You are solely responsible for any derogatory or offending behavior to other people in the platform and would prompt legal actions from concerned authorities if found indulged in any offense.

No proprietary information may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or redistributed in any way. This also implies that materials and pictures in Famewall are not to be tampered or redistributed in any form. Famewall strictly prohibits activities such as making available any content or text which is misleading, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive tortious, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, obscene, child-pornographic,lewd, profane, invasive of others privacy, stalking, harassing, inciting violence, post or transmit materials which contain virus, spyware, malware, worms.

You may not do any of the following while accessing or using the Platform and Services: (i) access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Platform, Company’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of company’s service providers; (ii) disable, interfere with, or try to circumvent any of the features of the Platforms related to security or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any of our systems; (iii) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code of or content on the Platform or Services; (iv) access or search or attempt to access or search our Platform by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available search functionalities that are provided via our platform. You may not scrape, spider, use a robot, or use other automated means of any kind to access the Services. (v) in any way use the Services to send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information; or interfere with, or disrupt, (or attempt to do so), the access of any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the platforms or services, or in any other manner interfering with or creating an undue burden on the Services. (vi) Downloading or any other means of illegally acquiring the content

Prices for our products related to payments plans are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
